Cancellation Policy
If you do not call or text us at (504)233-2336 more than 4 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule, your card will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If you do not reach out to us prior to your appointment time, you are considered a no show and your card will be charged 100% cost of your scheduled appointment.
